My research provides robust data:  I know how to frame the questions and design the research.   I don't simply measure usability, I seek to understand the experience of software, Web applications and digital presences.  I analyze data and seek insight into our human experience.

Beginning with personas: who uses this product? 

I help teams create meaningful and useful personas based on data -- and insight.  Ethnography (.doc, 45k), in depth interviews and carefully managed focus groups provide a slice of life that brings customers to life for teams.

I'll help teams come to design understanding.  A team I worked with recently  found important insight using Agile methods to  learn about their customers.  This shared vision will help htem understand how to move forward. 

Wireframes become the basis for real use.    This is an example of a  wireframe created for an elite automotive company's build and price generator.
